That one handy man...Travis was such a sweet heart. He even sat and ate my cookies. What a sweet man. He got my original thermostat to work again. I only called because my husband isnt around. Great man

Air back on and it was covered under warranty so didnt cost much. Thanks to Garner Heating and Air. Extremely nice young man named Travis. Who came out on a holiday. Fixed it quickly.

I'm so THANKFUL and completely satisfied with the one day installment of both systems. The service technicians (Ryan, Jay & Chris) was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful in all aspect of their duties. I was informed if I have any problem to notify them, they have a 24/7 hrs. service. Again thank you Kathleen

I'm glad they provide service 24/7. My mother, Shirley, had no air conditioning for 2 of the hottest days in July 2017. It was 90 degrees in her home. I checked the switch on the thermostat and also the filter. They were fine but no air. I looked on My Yellow Pages and liked what I saw about Gardner heating and air so I called them. It was Sunday and I reached their on-call technician. He came out right away and within 15 minutes found the problem and fixed it and we had cool air again. Thank you, Gardner Heat and Air for your service, and especially thank you to Travis, the on-call technician for knowing his job and doing it so quickly. He was also a very respectful and pleasant gentleman. I will definitely call them again should I have a heating or air conditioning problem.

Product or service reviewed: Air handler breakers and thermostat

IMPRESSED is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the service provided by Gardner. We had an issue where our thermostat stopped working. I called and scheduled an appointment. The technician was VERY courteous and prompt. The problem was a bit elusive and the tech called the office for support. In just a little while, the OWNER shows up to our house. Not to be a boss, but actually got his hands dirty. He went under our house, assessed the problem, and provided a resolution. Now that's IMPRESSIVE!!! I wouldn't call anyone else to repair my heating and air conditioning. Nothing says quality like an owner willing to do the job himself for his customer. Thanks Clyde, and the entire Gardner team. You're the best!!!
